What are the hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday: 11:30 a.m.  - 5 p.m.

I have tickets for a show. What time does the performance start?
First, check your ticket. If you do not have your ticket, check our website by looking through the performance listings. Or, you can call Guest Services at 605-367-6000.

Do you have a seating chart I can look at before purchasing tickets?

Can I purchase show tickets from other websites?
3e Encore Guest Services and our website along with the venue websites are the only authorized distributors of tickets. While tickets purchased through secondary marketplaces and ticket resellers may be valid tickets, we cannot guarantee their authenticity or admission. If tickets are found to be fraudulent, patrons risk being denied admission, refunds and/or exchanges. Please use discretion if you decide to purchase tickets through a ticket reseller.

Do I have to download an app?

Yes, you will need to download the 3e Encore App to access your tickets digitally. The app is only compatible with iOS and Android smartphones. It is not compatible with Windows smartphones. If you have purchased digital tickets and do not have a way to access them, please contact Guest Services at (605) 367-6000. 

I’ve already purchased tickets for the season, can I transfer them to the 3e Encore App?

Yes. To transfer your tickets to the 3e Encore App, please call Guest Services at (605) 367-6000 and they can assist you.
