AccessibilityThe Washington Pavilion is truly a place for everyone. Therefore, we strive to make all shows and events as accessible to everyone as possible. Please tell us if you need assistance of any kind and we will do our best to help you. Wheelchair SeatingThe Mary W. Sommervold Hall, Wells Fargo CineDome and Belbas Theater have wheelchair accessible seating available. Ramps, elevators and courtesy wheelchairs are available; please inform a Box Office representative upon your arrival or speak with an usher. ParkingAccessible parking is available on 11th St. and Main Ave; both streets have curb cuts and accessible entrances near the designated parking spaces. Anyone with a handicapped parking permit can park at any metered space for free as long as the permit is displayed. The Washington Pavilion is fortunate to have a parking ramp directly across the street to the east from the Wells Fargo CineDome. Metered parking is available on the west, north and east sides of the Washington Pavilion. All street parking is free after 5 p.m. weekdays. Ramp parking is free after 5 p.m. on weekdays and free on weekends. Visitors who plan on spending the day are encouraged to use the parking ramp, which is $1.25/hour. Check out our parking page for more information. Audio AssistanceThe Mary W. Sommervold Hall is equipped with a hearing aid loop allowing those with a telecoil (T-Coil) assistive hearing device to get a signal directly from the Hall's audio system. On telecoil-equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants, the wearer must “turn on” or “switch to” T-coil mode by moving a small switch to the “T” position, or by changing to a program mode by pressing a button on a phone app, the ear-level device, or on a remote control. Assisted listening devices are also available for the Mary W. Sommervold Hall and the Belbas Theater. Aux headphones must be plugged into the device which then connects to the Hall’s audio system. Please ask a Box Office representative or usher for assistance.
